Excellent all round care from all members of staff. I was greeted very warmly, staff smiling and so so polite, friendly and professional. Nothing too much trouble in a calm and caring atmosphere. Good choice of drinks and biscuits after my cataract treatment - bonus! Highly recommend this practice and staff should be congratulated on all the hard work delivered with the utmost care and compassion.

I found everyone very efficient, helpful and friendly. It is a very well run practice. The only issue I had was not being able to put in the eye drops myself - be aware of this if you have any mobility issues with your hands.

All the staff were charming, reassuring and made me feel at ease. The operations were carried out quickly and effectively. The instructions for after care were clear & I felt confident with the information provided.

I cannot praise spa medica enough. They are so efficient, kind and attentive from the reception staff, nurses and the consultant. I went for my initial consultation on Tuesday last week and they were all so kind and helpful and when I left, I was offered an appointment to have my surgery on Friday that week. Unfortunately I couldn’t accept that appointment but within 24 hours I had a text message offering me an appointment two days later. I attended this appointmentat 8 am and within two hours and 15 minutes I was sat back in reception waiting for my lift home. Everything went very smoothly from the minute I arrived and everybody was so kind and reassuring as I was quite nervous. The consultant was fantastic and put my mind at ease when he came to speak to me before the surgery and reassured me and kept me in the picture all the way through the surgery which was completely plain sailing. I would recommend this company to Everyone. And I thank them all for making my experience so straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if it becomes necessary.

First cataract procedure this week, 1st class service throughout. All the staff were friendly and professional and made me feel very much at ease. This facility goes above and beyond, would highly recommend it.

Had my 1st cataract operation this week. From start to finish I have received excellent service. This practice is run very efficiently. All staff are very friendly and reassuring through every stage of the process. Extremely professional and thorough. The surgery itself ran smoothly and excellently performed by a very talented surgeon. I felt very relaxed and well cared for throughout my time spent there. The staff went way beyond their jobs even passing messages and looking out for me at all times. I will be returning for my 2nd cataract operation later this year with full confidence and no worries. Thank you so much.
