Everything went smoothly and ran on time. Staff were very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. I feel very reassured for when I need to return for my 2nd procedure.

Had cataracts done in both eyes. Whole experience was so easy. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the surgeon was so nice. Would recommend 100%

I had a cataract operation on the 28 Nov 2024 . Any fear of the operation being painful was unfounded both at the time of the operation or since and have not required any paracetamol to date. Please thank the surgeon and all his staff for a marvellous experience. I am looking forward to my right eye being operated on in a few weeks time. Car parking on the day of the operation was very difficult with few parking spaces available. I asked one of the men on the booking in desk for help with parking my Bmw X3 and asked if I gave him my Keys would he help me by parking my car when a place became available which he promptly did. Please thank him for his kindness (marvellous customer care). Well done every one for a marvellous experience Thank you all

This is the first,albeit minor surgery I have had and I felt some trepidation at the prospect. Any such worries were quashed by the outstanding staff,from the jovial and caring reception and advisors to the ocular magicians whose attention to detail and amazing skill made the process smooth,quick and reassuring. A huge thank you to everyone involved.I am very grateful for my restored sight and of course the tea and biscuits!

So professional, efficient and excellent Got a referral within a few days. Was assessed and given an early date for the procedure. It was pain free and the actual surgery was under 10 mins. Good guidance for care after. It went very well.

Totally first class service all the way, from referral to having my cataract sorted. Absolutely faultless and the whole world (or at least the left eye side!) is now in glorious technicolour. Can’t wait to have the right eye sorted too. Thank you!

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and made me feel very relaxed. The Consultant surgeon was really nice and reassuring. The premises was clean and comfortable .. The experience was a pleasant one.

My Cataract operation took Place yesterday .The care and support I received was just first class from Reception to the actual op and care afterwards . Reassured every step of the way .Wonderful team Thankyou
