This was my second eye surgery here. Friendly staff ,very clean environment. Really good result for both eyes. If I could improve one thing, it would be to be, a little less hurried after the op. Just a minute or two to gather yourself and maybe a paper towel to absorb some of the water around the face/ neck area. Not complaining just an observation for comfort.

Professional and friendly care from all staff from the initial appointment to the final check up. Every stage of the procedure explained and no discomfort or anxiety felt. Would not hesitate to recommend Spa Medica

Outstanding service by caring staff. Time scale between appointments from initial consultation through to second cataract operation very speedy, with everything well explained. I now look forward to a much "brighter" view of life as did not realise how dull colours had become! Only observation I would make (as has a previous reviewer) is that after leaving theatre on second occasion I would have appreciated a little more time to gather myself before discharge procedure. A huge thank you for all the care and attention I received as so grateful to every member of staff for looking after me so well. Will certainly recommend this clinic.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, respectful and efficient. The nurses were all friendly, helpful and calming to make the experience less nerve-wracking! The surgeon was attentive, caring, thorough and approachable. I thoroughly commend every member of the staff with whom I had contact and I would not hesitate to re-visit in future.

From start to finish great service. Very efficient. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The speed of getting my cataract operation was miraculous On the day of my surgery I was welcomed. Put at ease. The surgery itself was a bit nerve racking. Very strange sensations but over within 10 mins. Within an hour I was on my way home. I really can recommend Spamedica.

This was an experience of a very professional medical service offered on behalf of the NHS. It allowed me to continue with my lifestyle as I expected. Appointments were given promptly so that that there were no anxious waiting.

All of the staff were very friendly and caring. The whole procedure from pre-op to operation was smooth and efficient. The operation was carried out professionally and was a great success. Everything was explained perfectly so that I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. Thank you to all of the staff. I look forward to having my other eye done in the future.

Everything from pre - op assesssment to surgery and discharge was very well organised and appointments were carried out on time. The medical staff were excellent and kept me informed at every stage of my cataract surgery.

Went in Friday for right eye cataract removal, from being referred by the GP to having the operation was a swift process (within a fortnight) staff were very friendly and helpful. Was informed I would be there for 3hours and was in that time period. A very spotless environment. Whilst at the clinic I was kept up to date with what was happening and discharge instructions were very efficient and clearly explained the next steps. Hope to be having my left eye done within 6weeks.
