Very impressed with both staff and Dr’s. Caring, professional, approachable and friendly. Clean and smart environment. Coffee and biscuits were a pleasant extra making one feel completely at ease. Thank you SpaMedica!

I was really impressed at the professional attention given to patients I was really worried about the cataract removal operation but it was so much better than I thought it would be. The nurses and doctor were very kind and helpful. Cant wait to have my second eye done.

From the time you walk in until the time you leave everyone is so friendly & attentive , very clean & staff are helpful . I had my cateract op.

Everyone is professional and efficient and very kind. Everything was explained and checked and rechecked. It was exceptionally clean . You are offered refreshments . I was very nervous but the cataract removal was quickly over and l felt relaxed because it was so calm in the surgery. I will highly recommend SpaMedica to anyone needing a cataract removal.

I was nervous before my appointment at SpaMedica , Bexhill as never had any form of surgery before. I was treated with upmost respect , care and my worries were to put rest by all the fantastic staff from reception and throughout the whole process by all the nursing staff during my Cataract Surgery. May I thank all staff for their kindness and care. Thank you.

Very well organised on arrival you are checked in then called through to have your procedure. Everyone you deal with introduces themselves and explains what they are doing. You are then passed on to the next person who does the same. Each time you move on they also check your details to ensure no mixups occur. All the examinations rooms are grouped around each other so you are never more then a few steps away from the next room. All the time staff offer drinks and refreshments. The whole process is completed on time and any follow up appointments are made before your departure. Everything is immaculately clean and there is cleaners all the time cleaning and restocking. Just a great comfort and experience.

I had a really positive experience. All the staff involved with my care were friendly, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The welcome was genuine, I was informed about each stage of my operation and felt comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend this facility and will be very happy to proceed with a second cataract operation here.

I was impressed by the friendly efficiency from first reception onwards. I was immediately offered a drink. Continually advised as to what was happening.
