I had an appointment from 111 I went for my appointment which was supposed be 11am I waited 2 and half hours for them to tell me they couldn’t prescribe my daughter anything for her condition as she had very poor eyes with yellow goo coming out of them they told me to just bathe it and sent me home with anything for her, I went the doctors today and they prescribed her medication what they should off provided I am not happy with service this is twice they have done this to my poor children!!!!

I attended here tonight at about 5pm with an injury to my toes, just like to say thanks the male nurse who I seen last he is really good he put tape round my foot and toe to keep it straight away from the others. It feels much better with it on.

  4. Review titled Impatient rude staff member

Rated 3 stars out of 5

    by D. Davies - Posted on 19 February 2024

Reception staff - friendly and efficient. Doorman - helpful, friendly. Medical staff member was rude and unfriendly. He rolled his eyes and tutted when I did not hear what he said. (I had already explained to him that I was partially hearing.) He made an excuse when I politely challenged him, however he did it again! I’ve no idea why he was impatient as the particular department he works in was empty except for me. This happened around lunch time, perhaps he hadn’t eaten. Nevertheless, it was an unsettling situation. Being a retired NHS staff member I do understand the importance of a kind attitude toward patients and patience with those with a disability. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written but in this case I feel it needed to be as hopefully it will contribute to nothing similar happening again. Treat other people as you would like to be treated yourself.

  5. Review titled No service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Waited 2 half hours to be triaged then told to go to pharmacy. Extreme pain in ear for 2 days couldn’t get dr,s appt so was told to go to walk in . didn’t even look in my ear said they were short staffed and only emergency cases belong seen . This place is a total waste of time . I saw many people walking out not happy with the service .receptionists nice enough but lady who called me thru could not have been colder. Not sure what this place is there for then .

  6. Review titled Bad

Rated 1 star out of 5

Went to have an injury checked on since it was no better after seeing my GP, they would not provide X rays as stated on their web page that they do so, and gave advice that directly contradicts what my doctor has said and did not listen to me about my injury or it's prior treatment. They also do not actually book appointments in advance despite saying so on their website. Appalling service, will use other services in future to avoid danger to my health. Do not recommend.

  7. Review titled Rudest triage person ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

I went to the centre with a badly swollen knee.. I was told it was triage only which was fine. Went in to see the nurse who took my bood pressure and told me to take paracetamol and to to A&E if itgot worse. She didnt even look at my knee!!!!. She was the most dismssive rude person I have ever seen. Disgraceful.

  9. Review titled Brilliant service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 03 January 2023

Arrived at around 4.45 as a walk in and was seen within an hour. Friendly admin staff and an equally friendly nurse practitioner. Triage only service was displayed because it was late in the day however I've a simple ear infection and was given a prescription. More than happy with the service provided especially given my own GP couldn't find an appointment for another week!

  10. Review titled Waste of time. Pointless service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 03 January 2024

Spoke to 111 who advised I go here in two hours to be seen. On arrival was told it's only a triage service and no medications would be prescribed. Queried it with 111 who said they are down as giving treatment. Waste of time and money in a taxi. Don't bother
