Yesterday the consultant who treated me at Eccles Hill treatment Centre did a fantastic job and without any doubt she went above and beyond to help me . I left the facility feeling much better. Without giving details of my procedure., I just want to thank this person for what she did to help me. I have been having problems for quite a while, and I think it’s possible that she healed me. thank you from a grateful patient.

I had an endoscopy on the 10 April and when I arrived at the Centre by anxiety levels were exceedingly high as I suffer from Anxiety Disorder and Bipolar. From the Reception staff to the clinical staff; I received exemplary care, communication and compassion. They explained the procedure in plain English and understood my anxiety from the onset. In the Procedure Room the staff were calm, considerate and professional. The procedure took less than 15 minutes with very little discomfort or trauma. They were reassuring throughout which kept me calm and relaxed. In the Recovery Room the nurses were diligent and approachable with a friendly smile. The whole experience was impressive and professional unlike previous endoscopies I have had. Thank you to everyone who helped me through my anxiety, care and whole experience; I am wholeheartedly humbled and thankful. 10/10 for Eccleshill Treatment Centre!

on Saturday i had a colonoscopy. The staff were brilliant very caring professional, thorough and knowledgeable. It ran really smoothly like a well oiled machine. Everything was explained and the staff put you at ease. Every single member of staff treated you with compassion and care with a smile on their face. An excellent experience in the circumstances.

Thank you to every single one of you amazing staff at Westfield Innovation Centre. You all instantly eased my anxiety and made the whole process of having a colonoscopy a breeze! Your warm, kind and compassionate care was outstanding and I hope you all get all the recognition you so truly deserve. The lovely consultant was the friendly face i needed to see as i remembered my previous positive experience. Thank you all for all that you do. You are very much appreciated.

I came today for a Gastroscopy & would just like to say how kind & friendly all the staff were. From reception to the nurses & doctors. Its never nice going to these things but i was put at ease & the atmosphere was relaxed & calming. The nurses & doctor during the procedure were professional & reassuring & talked to me throughout about what was happing - we even managed to have a giggle. Thank you for taking care of me so well & thank you for all you do ♥️

Attended the unit for A Gastroscopy and from the onset everyone I came in contact with were extremely professional with a friendly and reassuring manner. The atmosphere was relaxed and I was given the best care throughout. I am so grateful for the care given to me including the follow up report on my discharge. Thank you to everyone involved

I went for a hysteroscopy & polyp removal. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, compassionate and helpful. I was seen quickly but not rushed. Everything was clearly explained and the procedure was fine. The clinical staff were excellent - I cannot recommend this centre highly enough.

Having read the experiences from patients who have received treatment in the colonoscopy department, I find that there is nothing that I could add that has not already been said. I will say that from the receptionist, and all the staff in the clinic who were responsible for me, that the care I given to me could not have been better. Thank you all very much.
