Doctor was extremely patient and friendly, she explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything correctly, and put me at ease.

Phone consultation undertaken by the GP. Lots of time to thoroughly discuss current symptoms & formulate a treatment plan. Links to help with symptoms sent promptly after the consultation & a 3 month review agreed. Felt very reassured by the consultation, the GP was very caring & actively listened to my concerns. Thank you.

E consult was easy to do, reply within 20 minutes, inviting me to a face to face appointment which was done by a link, appointment time chosen by me on the same day. Only waited 5 minutes when I got there before being seen by a lovely GP. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Referral made within minutes to the neurological department. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you.

My doctor appointment proved to be very reassuring. An attentive, professional, clearly very experienced, polite, patient and genuinely concerned Doctor. I was quizzed at length and checked over regarding my ailment. Positive steps were put in place to ensure an authoritative prognosis will be determined, in the coming weeks, to the as yet to be established, available timing of the respective nhs departments. I have been a patient at this practice for in excess of 30 years. This was as good an interview as to my wellbeing, by as good a Doctor in the practice that I have been lucky enough to meet in all that time. High praise, indeed! My sincere thanks and gratitude. So reassuring to know I am in such good and capable hands. I shall await further developments, leading to (I am sure) a postive outcome for me. Jeremy Douce

Saw the doctor at surgery today and she was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. She took notice of what I was saying and gave me appropriate advice. I felt as though I had been listened too.

The Doctor was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns and made recommendations. She made me feel at ease and listened to. The appointment felt worthwhile.

My visit was extremely helpful and kindness and help and support was given, I was grateful for this especially when feeling unwell and needed care to be shown. My Dr was thoughtful and listened to what I expressed about my condition and took into account my understanding of my own body and what I felt I needed. I was prescribed the needed medication and looked forward to its application to ease my suffering. I would like to see that Dr every visit, even though that may not be possible, that was how comforted I felt after leaving her surgery room.

Following an online econsult request this morning, I was called within a few hours by a GP, who arranged a prescription, I popped into the surgery for a sample bottle which I filled and left, and I collected the prescription at a pharmacy within another couple of hours. Very efficient service. Just hope the medication works!

The GP I saw yesterday was lovely, I suffer with health anxiety and she was so understanding about it. She really listened to me and asked lots of questions, I felt as if she really did care. Can’t say I have had this experience with all the GPs here.
