Had phone sll from pharmacist reference medication within 1 hour had call from gp and an appointment booked for the same day excellent service from all staff and gp thank you

I contacted Beaumont Villa Surgery very late in the day (5.30 pm) regarding my son's very sore throat. I was immediately sent a triage link to complete, and next thing I know a GP from contacted me who was extremely informative and helpful. Thank you so much!

Beaumont villa surgery and pathfeild medical group are amazing team, great service and professional. I'm their one of their patients for many years and suffering from asthma,migraine,sinus and acid reflux Recently I have been having migraine attacks for some time And they helped me a lot. Honestly they did everything Spcial thanks to great doctor who helped me with migraine and sinus. He is amazing doctor and very very professional. He is with you every steps and he will not withhold any help from you. knows exactly what to do. I'm really appreciate your all support and help. Thank you very much

I contacted the practice using the e consult form to discuss results of a recent scan. I was called back the same day by a doctor who went through the details of the scan with me and reassured me immensely. A follow up scan will be requested by the practice so I do not need to chase anything up. I felt very relieved. NHS practices receive much bad press but my experiences have always been positive and the care I receive has always been exceptional

The care I’ve received from all the staff has been excellent. From the reception staff, nursing staff, and the doctors. The treatment I’ve received from the doctors has been both respectful and caring. The follow up answering questions that I needed to address was great. Being a senior citizen when one’s body succumbs to ageing all my medical problems has been addressed. My life is great from the care I received from Pathfields. Thank you!

Thank you so much for a lovely experience today with my appointment, the lovely receptionist that helped me change my pharmacy was superb. The Doctor I saw was simply wonderful, so informative and actively listened and offered suitable solutions that were centred to me with all information given. The doctor I saw is an absolute credit to the profession. A great experience and a great surgery. Thank you so so much.
