I managed to make a pre-bookable appointment a week by ahead. It wasn’t urgent but important so I was happy to wait. I used the electronic check in. Short wait in an almost empty, clean and comfortable waiting room. Seen by the doctor who was polite, efficient, clear and helpful. All in all, just what you’d hope for when attending the doctors.

From the initial contact by phone to request an appointment, to meeting with the GP, I can say I had nothing but the best of service. Reception was polite and caring. Doctor was thorough, reassuring and informative. This is an excellent medical practice and always has been. Before and during the Pandemic. And still is.

I don't normally have reason to visit my GP but I have had a recent health scare and have to give credit where it's due, all the staff at the surgery have been amazing. Really understanding and actually care. Thank you all so much :)
