I can't praise this practice enough, today's flu jab clinic was really well organised and ran amazingly efficiently. All members of staff were friendly and welcoming, and knew exactly what their role was. There was a non stop stream of patients but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And not only today have I experienced exceptional service, communication, access to appointments and repeat prescriptions are always easy, and test results are returned in a very timely manner. We'll done Heartwood, I'm so pleased that I'm registered with such a forward thinking practice.

Today helped with flu vaccine clinic. Friendly professional staff. Clinic went really well with minimum holdups and well organised. Patients were very pleased and complementary on the service and staff engagement

Arrived for my flu jab 10 mins early, one person ahead of me in the "queue". In and out in minutes. Staff courteous and efficient.

From walking in the door of the clinic until walking out 3 minutes later, everything was very organised. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was almost a pleasure being there, other than the needle in my arm, which I hardly felt. Thank you Heartwood.

Very efficient and easy to get my flu jab on Saturday, arrived earlier than my appointment time but no problem as there was a queue which moved quickly.

Went to the flu clinic for my jab today. Straight in and out, no hanging around at all. Staff were friendly.

Easy and quick to receive a flu vaccination. The signage was good and the advice was clear. The social distancing worked well with a one way system in operation.
