    The lady who fitted my catheter yesterday was extremely nice . I nearly fainted twice . Once during the catheter ,and once while I was waiting to go in to have the CT scan done. She was very lovely made conversation. A very beautiful woman. Made sure I was okay and rushed to my aid when I needed it. I can't express how caring she was. Please pass this message onto her and say how thankful I was 😊

    Trying to contact Castle Hill Hospital by telephone has become almost impossible. Calling individual department results in a long wait, followed by a recorded voice inviting you to leave a message, which is never responded to. Calling Hospital reception, is another lengthy call, eventually a person asks which department you want, and with minimum discussion, your call is transferred, but again, rarely if ever answered. To date, over consecutive days I have left messages with Gastrointestinal department, leaving my Wife's contact details, no response. Today, another call to Gastrointestinal department, same result, so rang Hospital main reception, who eventually responded, then passed me to Gastrointestinal department, where, this time the phone rang once and went straight to music on hold, and was still not answered 40 minutes later, when we just gave up. We have a serious issue to discuss regarding an appointment, but, short of personally visiting the hospital, what else can we do? Seems there is little point providing Telephone contact details for Castle Hill Hospital, if no one answers the Phone.

    I was advised to attend the "new" walk in xray service by my G,P and attended the following day, I was given clear instruction at the xray reception, completed a simple form and waited on the red chair as advised. I was seen and had my xray within half an hour. The whole process was as well organised as it could be, I was very pleasantly suprised and very satisfied and grateful. Brilliant service, thank you.

    I had to have a Consultation at the hospital because my PSA level were a wee bit above the norm, i could not have asked a more Professional selection of people, i was treated with Respect, Care and made to feel very secure, i must add that Consultant was also really friendly and his Counseling was really helpful as it turned out i have been given a very good prognosis and look forward to reversing the PSA levels, once again i cannot Thank the Staff enough, i hope that you all enjoy a Great Christmas and have a Super New Year.

    I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of the plastic day surgery unit this following my visit today. My care couldn't have been better even the smallest of concerns were satisfied very quickly. Congratulations to all you're a great team.

    I had a stent put in and had a chest infection. The doctors and nurses were absolutely brilliant both with there professional attitude but always had a smile. I just should like to. Thank them all On cmu ward

    Outpatients 4. The appointment was supposed to be noon but it was 1 hour 20 minutes late. I was not told by the receptionist that the clinic was running late. The doctor told me that the reason it was running late was because he had to go to a meeting. I would have thought that the needs of his patients should take precedence over a meeting. A cavalier attitude to timekeeping is not good.The only reason I had to send you my review this way was because your text service didn’t work when I tried to send my message that way.

    I had to have a Biopsy at the Ultra sound department, i would just like to say, that the team that did this for me where, Informative, caring, friendly, professional and very very Supportive. Thank you very much to all the Staff, from Biglift.

  10. Review titled The car park paypoint

    I took an outpatient for treatment at 19.00 on Friday 24th November, and found the paypoint machine very difficult to manage. To enter my car registration mumber I had to bend down and turn on the flashlight on my mobile phone to see the buttons. Without doing this I would not have been able to complete the process. Why not have everything at eye level?
