Water infection require urgent help. I have been with Castleton Health Centre for over 6 years. During that time I have had many water infections and always that same day I have antibiotics. Today Friday I am told this can no longer happen and I must wait until Monday. Which is ridiculous and I am furious and in considerable pain. Why? I need help now to get me through the weekend.

My daughter had been unwell over last few weeks. All doctors have been extremely helpful in assessing and managing her symptoms. Can’t fault the team at CHC. Thank you everyone

Over the last 18 months my father had been unwell with a multitude of issues. I have as a result had to call upon the surgery to request DRs visits. They have never let us down. It is reassuring to know that you can always get through to speak to a health professional at almost any time of the day. After a triage a dr will arrive as required and they have always listened and spent an appropriate amount of time with diagnosis and arrangement of tests and requisite medical intervention. Thank you !
