   My wife was due a post natal checkup and the practice just kept delaying it so long we had to do it privately just to make sure everything was ok. Added to that they cancelled our daughter's vaccination round the day before with no excuse whatsoever just to rebook it for 3 days later and then tell my wife it was actually her exam what was booked. More than once the receptionist has been rude on the phone and in person when she could just give people information without needing to be rude about it. We're moving away so won't be using it anymore but would definitely be considering a new practice if we were staying in the area.
