Posting this on behalf of my husband who visits monthly for injections. Receptionists and nurses are always extremely friendly, caring and helpful, and there is warm welcoming atmosphere. Only issue is that they no longer offer a blood testing service so have to get my husband to the health centre for bloods before his regular hospital appointment.

Got through straight away which is a bonus girl helpfull and understanding she got me an appointment which I couldn’t attend had bit of trouble getting back through to cancel but got through and girl is going to make me another appointment

Just been today for my flu jab got in straight away very kind and never felt a thing. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the reception staff are amazing, always listening and advising so helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

Used the app to describe my symptoms and concerns and got a call and an appointment the next day, very good system. After examination the Doctor put my mind at rest. A Good Practice.

Took approximately 15 minutes to get through to speak to someone however once I got through I got an appointment for the same day Arrived early and was shown to the room downstairs as I would have struggled to get upstairs Doctor who saw me was very professional and gave me a few probable issues Now waiting for an ultrasound scan appointment

Much better telephone service now. The old system took ages to tell you when and what to do before you got to the ringtone. Then there was a long wait before someone answered ( up to 13 minutes!) If you are paying for this the bill is high! Today the call was answered straight away and I knew where I was in the queue. Much better!

My family and I recently moved to darwen and made the switch to this new GP, great team from the friendly and professional receptionist to the Nurses and doctors. Excellent team.

I spoke to the Pharmasist at the surgery today and she was absolutely fantastic and supportive she went out of her way to reasure and help me. This is the same fir the Doctors nurses and office receptionists at this surgery they really do go out of their way to help. Highly recommended this surgery.
