They simply dont want to help. I appreciate that these are difficult times...but recption staff are condecending and quick to show contempt. no interest in helping and arrogant. made me feel like a nuisance. someone please train them to respect the patients!

Firstly you can never get through on the phone you can be waiting minimum or 15 minutes to even get answered.secondly the receptionists are abrupt and curt and make you feel a total inconvenience even ringing. You can never get an appointment when you want one or need one and never with who you request .I would happily move to another doctors but unfortunately I have to rely on other people to get me there.Dreadful place!

  4. Review titled Impossible to access.

Avoid this surgery if possible. It is very hard to get an appointment to see the doctor when needed. I rang one morning at 8am and then waited for a response in a queue for over 20 minutes. When I finally got a response from the receptionist she was unhelpful and said that there were no appointments that day. I explained that there had been a queue and asked for an appointment the next day. She said that if I wanted that I would have to phone again at 8am tomorrow. She was condescending and impolite. I cannot understand why I have to phone again tomorrow when she could just make a reservation for me now. The likelihood is that I will be queueing again tomorrow. What if I get the same result? If I don't get an appointment with the doctor today even though I phoned at 8, then why can't I just get an appointment made for the next day instead of having to wait for the next day and then phone again? It's impossible to get through without queues and when you say you need an appointment you are told to contact the surgery the following day. Where are all the appointments? You are told to contact the surgery at 8am but when you do then you end up in a queue. Then when you finally get a receptionist they are rubbish and unable to get you an appointment. Do they have any appointments? You might as well just phone 111. At least they try!

  5. Review titled Excellent efficient care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

What wonderful service I have just had! I had an infected insect bite and phoned the surgery this afternoon for help. I was greated by a very understanding receptionist who gave me an appointment within 2 hours. I turned up early for my appointment and was called in straight away. The Doctor was so kind and caring to me and couldn’t have been more helpful. Considering the stress that GP’s are under at the moment it’s so important that we recognise how good our surgery is and say thankyou. Thank you!
