My first visit to this practice, very impressive, greeted immediately and seen within a couple of minutes by the nurse . Very professional, and polite , quality care.

Can't speak highly enough of the surgery and its staff. Appropriately timed (urgent or planned) appointments always available to meet family need and telephone/face to face offered depending on preference. GP & nursing team take time to listen and discuss concerns and have dealt with all of them brilliantly, with care and continuity of care for issues that are not resolved in a single visit.

Contacted twice this month. Only use when really need them or invited. Both times told got no appointments and can't make one go to 111 which was extremely unhelpful. Cold as ice and even was hesitant about telling when I could next phone to try for an emergency appointment the next day.

This GP practice provides excellent care. All staff there are friendly and really show that they care about the patients. The breadth of services they offer is amazing and we are so glad to be looked after by this amazing team.
