Last week I kept trying to book an appointment and there was simply no way for me to either submit an e-consult via their website, nor via the NHS app, nor to get through them via the phone! I tried again today and nothing, 3 minutes on the phone listening to an automated message only to hear at the end "we are sorry, we are not available to answer your call". I don't know what exactly I should do to get help now...

I would like to say thank you once again to this practice and particularly to my own GP who has cared for me consistently over the past 9 years. Her professional and consistent care over the past 3 years throughout the pandemic has been superb. Having had a long history of physical and mental health problems in my life I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been, and continues to be, amazing and I have made a lot of progress with her help.
