I have been a patient at croft surgery for many years and have always received very high standard of care and service from all the staff from doctors, nurses, receptionist. The team are always very professional and polite and go out of there way to ensure you are seen or reviewed as soon as possible. I would recommend Croft surgery to any patient and would not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

I have been a patient at this practice (I know it as Croft Surgery) for a number of years. I cannot fault the practice at all. Everyone goes out of their way to be professional and treat you with care, dignity and respect. A wonderful reception and office team, great nurses and outstanding doctors. They operate a fantastic system that puts the patient at the heart of all they do. I am able to get through on the phone which seems to be a rare occurrence these days. I continue to be impressed with Croft Surgery and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the brilliant work and please don't modernise to put profit before patient. We like you just the way you are!

A really excellent service always from all members of staff, always helpful,appointments available when needed or telephone triage usually same day.Cant speak highly enough of them all .

I find this surgery exceptional. Post covid, you call on the day and have a triage appointment, if needed, you will be called in and can usually be seen in the afternoon. Other appointments can be made in advance. Opening times are great to suit those that work and those that don't opening some days at 7am and closing at 8pm. Friendly staff who are happy to answer questions and give advice or refer you for a phone call with the GP. Rarely run behind your appointment time and good advice given.
