The person I saw was very helpful and informative, arranged a urine sample to send for analysis and a prescription sent to my chemist which I picked up within 40 minutes. Nice to see a human and not a phone call.

The First practioner and nurse I saw today at knowle practice were so caring and helpful and the first ones to say that they will try to get to the source of my problem not just throw antibiotics at me. I now feel I am being listened to.

Put in request via Patches Triaged within an hour and seen by paramedic at Yew Tree an hour later - he was lovely, efficient and very professional. On treatment by lunchtime Excellent service which worked really well

Absolute nightmare to book an appointment. Cannot get it booked over the phone as "there is no more appointments available for a day". Today I went to book an appointment in-person, I got to the medical practice before opening time, I was the third person in the queue just to be told that there is no appointment available for the whole day! Unless my health issue was not important enough as it was the first question asked... No appointments to book in advance either. Very disappointed, stressed and concerned as my health condition might worsen

It’s incredibly difficult to book an appointment at this surgery. After spending a long time waiting in the call queue, you're simply told that there are no more appointments for the day. You can’t book in advance, and the only option offered is to fill in an online form. This system is completely impractical for elderly patients like my 75-year-old mother, or my wife who is in her late 60s, both of whom find online forms confusing and inaccessible. It feels like the process is actively discouraging people from seeking medical help. Patients should absolutely be able to book appointments over the phone, especially those who are not comfortable with or don’t have access to the internet. This system needs to change.

Was once one of the best practices in the area however since Covid the practice has become more and more difficult to reach in order to get an appointment which is extremely frustrating . However, once you get an appointment the service is extremely good and the doctors, paramedics, nurse and staff are all very good too. So as I said, once in the system , it seems there are less hurdles and smoother transmission between appointments and referrals . I have my own ideas on how I think things could be managed better but that’s for another discussion. I’m grateful for all the help and care given to me and my family over many years from the practice . Thank you . Mark

I visited them this morning the clinician was very pleasant answered all my questions and gave me a diagnosis along with a prescription for treatment

I am really impressed by the care that my Daughter received from a Paramedic today. He was kind and caring. He interacted well with my Daughter. She had conjunctivitis. He prescribed her the appropriate medication and sent it to the pharmacy of our choice. He also sent an information sheet about keeping her eyes clean. We were seen on time. Our appointment felt personalised and we did not feel rushed. Thank you for the amazing care we received today
