Visited this practice this afternoon at 14:30 with my 2 year old granddaughter. Saw a female GP, she was absolutely lovely and very caring. Amazing with children. Would highly recommend this practice . Thank you. She was a credit to the practice and the NHS. The patient services advisor on reception was also so kind and helpful .

Called while away from home. Phone answered quickly, text to send a photo of injury sent to me, and treatment at a pharmacy near where I was staying after a brief phone chat with the clinician- all in under an hour! Amazing!

We're going away for an extended trip and I needed to make sure I had enough medication for the length of the holiday. The Drs, prescription clerk and reception staff have been very helpful and everything was organised perfectly which was a huge relief. I have also been impressed with the referral process and physio service too. It's easy to be critical when things don't go as hoped but I have been genuinely impressed with this surgery. Thank you to everyone involved.

Over the past 12 months my GP worked with me to find the best available treatment for my menopause symptoms that were really affecting my day to day life. Over a few months we discussed various treatments and lifestyle changes. After initially thinking HRT was not an option for me due to an underlying breast condition the GP recognised how much my symptoms were really impacting me. The GP initially arranged for me to visit a menopause clinic at UHCW but then sorted for me to see a menopause gynecologist at Warwick Hospital where the wait time was substantially less than at UHCW which at one point was 18 months. The specialist consultant has prescribed a HRT regime which is suitable for me and is providing regular monitoring. After a couple of months i am starting to feel improvements in my symptoms. In addition, the Reception Team were amazing in sorting out a last minute blood test request and the providing the results when the blood forms organised by the consultant didn't arrive in time. This meant my subsequent appointment was still effective as the consultant had all the necessary blood work on which to base her decisions. And now I am able to request my HRT prescription via the practice in between consultant appointments which is incredibly helpful with the current shortage of HRT and i've recently had a BP & health check by the practice nurse to provide additional reassurance. Thank you for not dismissing my menopause symptoms, helping me find the right specialist and now providing ongoing support & reassurance.

When I joined the practice I found the Staff and Dr/nurses just excellent and very friendly and caring people who care and are very thorough and professional

I have dealt with this practice for many years and have been meaning to write a review. Having attended today I felt that I had to make the effort to go on record to say that everybody in the practice - Doctors, Receptionists, Practice Manager, Nurses etc are all absolutely amazing. Always so polite and so helpful. I hear from friends and relatives about experiences they have had with their GP Practices and I felt the need to let everbody know just how lucky all the patients that attend this practice are and how grateful we should all be at being fortunate to be accepted as a patient there. I cannot praise all the staff enough and a big "thank you" to you all.

I visited this surgery 3 times because of my problems, they are good to give you an appointment, but after that nothing any response about your problem or any treatment about your health, after a I visited the gp he told me ok you need to visit a specialist but after three months I haven't received any letter or

This has been my practice for many years, and like some others I felt concerned with a dip in support over recent years. But that is changing: for sure there is a much improved patient focus response by reception staff. And medical support is consistently thorough and comprehensive. Thank you for keeping me safe and in better health over the past 9 months.

Unable to book an appointment in advance. Receptionists can be patronising. Phone consultations are the first thing they try to put you on, even if its for something that needs to be checked f2f. The doctor I had an appointment with couldn't look any less unbothered, took absolutely zero interest in what I had to say. The appointment was rushed, apparently I'm not allowed to talk about more than one issue in one appointment. It seemed as though they were just trying to get rid of me - the appointment lasted for 5 minutes, if even that. Overall, felt disrespected and unheard as a patient with genuine health concerns.
