I was seen within a week of my initial call. The waiting area was not busy and my appointment was on time. The doctor I saw was very professional and I was happy with the service.

When visiting the doctor this week I had concerns possibly relating to my diabetes. These concerns were not answered and are still continuing

What appointment was within 14 days of asking. Check in was easy. The actual appointment was about 15 late. However the Doctor was communicative and very thorough. She was able to give me a satisfactory assessment within the hour of the appointment.

went for a blood pressure check with the nurse . She ieas very friendly and puts you at ease. Went in on time . Lovely to neet a nice bubbly person so early inthe morning

My file states I have to need a downstairs appointment, but still getting sent upstairs to see GP. I have a mobility problem also suffers with COPD

Went in on time and Dr was very helpful in explaining things to me. very nice Dr. She did have a trainee sitting in the room with us I was very happy for her to be there.

Was lovely to have an appointment with a Dr who listened. I didn't feel rushed in any way. She was kind ,empathetic and very helpful.
