    I went to see the doctor today, for a steroid injection in my shoulder. Fingers crossed it works.. we moved house last year from Dorset, and I have to say Sky Blue Medical centre, Green Lane, Finham is excellent. Reception staff are most courteous and helpful, and you can always get an appointment. My appointment today was First Class, the doctor I saw was lovely, he put my mind at rest, and after an examination, he leave me the injection. Such a friendly man, he is a credit to the practice.

    No problems except your not aloud to request which Dr you see. And each time I have been in the past 2years it's been a different one I don't know.

    Do as you are told take the appointment time ive given you or ill delete you as a Patient !!!!!! i was told when the time was impossible for me to attend , Asking for a different time was met with a bulling threat of removal from the practice , The Drs are good if you can ever get to see them ,,Reception staff are probably at prosection thresholds should action be taken

    I have been with Green Lane surgery for almost 3 years. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and have helped me through some rather difficult times. However, trying to get access to them is like wading through treacle. I don't want to slate the reception staff but something is going very wrong with the processes that they have in place here. You cannot call this surgery for an appointment without having to wait for at least 30 minutes. There is no option to book an appointment for another day. If you work, there is 0% chance of being able to see a doctor. Having to call at 8am, along with 100 other patients, in order to secure a same day appointment is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Something has to give because us patients are invariably losing our patience! We are then a little frustrated with the situation and then the reception staff get mad at us. It's a vicious circle! The bosses need to do something about this and fast!

    Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received (from the reception staff) Very unfriendly, cold, rude and unhelpful. Ive not long registered at this doctors but will be moving to another immediately and highly recommend others not to waste their time registering here!

    Very Poor service Not recommending… Receptionist is not patient friendly.. Trying to call and connect them is a nightmare they will never pick up. Need to stay at least 1 hour if you need to talk to them. And finally say no appointments available.

    Just tried to confirm a booking. It doesn't allow the member of the staff over the phone to check the details but she was quite angry. Right after I told her the situation she started answering loudly like she would be relived to get off the phone. Thanked her for the time she taken to speak so abruptly and rudely.
