This is my second GP practice I've had and I've not had a great experience so far. Even when you're 1st in the phone queue you can be waiting up to 20 mins (in my experience). None of the team I've spoken to seem to communicate or log notes on issues that have been raised meaning I have to re-explain the situation every time I call only to be told 'no there's nothing here about this' or 'oh that's weird, try calling back on Friday'. I've been fobbed off several times with the 'call back in a few days' only for it to turn out that no one was sorting the issue anyway. I was unwell for a month, having to attend primary care only to find out my illness wasn't even being looked into by the practice. The only positive comment I have is that the nurses I have spoken to and been treated by are very pleasant and efficient, the only reason I have given 2/5 and not 1. Sort your communication within your team out please.

my experience as a whole with this practice was so lovely, the clinicians are caring, considerate and ensure all the patients in great care. i have seen the lengths the staff go to, making sure all patients problems are solved. the nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, physician associate, drs, trainees and the reception staff, are hardworking and devoted. Not to mention how extremely busy the practice is yet they still deliver an amazing service. They have so many options available in regards to clinicians - which means they deal with all problems either via a mobile appointment or on site!! - overall i would rate this practice a 10/10, its a clean well maintained environment in which you will be looked after. It is a safe and clean, welcoming environment in which you will definitely be sufficiently looked after always. The practice manager also ensures all queries and minor/major issues are dealt with immediately and effectively. she puts in hard work to ensure the staff and patients are all in great care. There is not one bad thing to say about this practice, it is simply the best.

They do not answer the phone and do not respond to online requests. When I arrive at the clinic, I am scolded for not calling them and told to leave. When the phone was picked up, I was given false information about a service I am eligible for. I feel very discouraged to discuss my health concerns with NHS professionals.

I've had a problem with my thigh for a few months but held off trying to book an appointment due to prevailing pressures and concerns around access. I called in the afternoon and got through within seconds. I spoke to a very helpful member of the reception team who was able to book me in with the physio the following day. I was really impressed and grateful. Thanks.

Trying to get registered with this GP surgery for about a month. But they are unresponsive. I’ve filled their online form. I’m new here and wanted to get registered as soon as possible. And I live right next to the surgery.

Review titled Caring staff

I have had a few great contacts with the staff at this practice. The asthma nurses were amazing at identifying that my asthma was poorly controlled and my GP referred me onwards, so now I feel a thousand times better than before which has had such a huge impact on my life. Thank you.
