Was missing an item from my prescription, telephoned them and the matter was resolved immediately. Best GP practice I have ever used.

From my GP’s immediate personal response to an email requesting an emergency appointment, to a highly professional & efficient face-to-face examination & diagnosis with data on proposed meds checked to ensure absolutely up to date, to the collection of medication from surgery-linked pharmacy…….all this within one and a half hours! The follow-through was equally outstanding, with an emailed NHS link sent detailing information & advice on my condition, together with a reminder to sign-up for a preventative injection when fully recovered. A master class in how a highly experienced GP works, drawing on community & medical services to meet the diverse needs of his patients. All quite brilliant, thank you, particularly given the pressure GP surgeries are under. I was up and back on my feet in record time.

West hoe surgery I find always vary helpful I can always get an appointment and also get my prescriptions when I need them. Vary happy with surgery and feel lucky.

Appointment today for 0915 arrived at 0900 spoke to a very nice receptionist who booked me in and asked me to take a seat (I should have used the new booking in machine) but did not see it till I sat down ( no one's fault but mine) and as usual I was called to sea the doctor on time and 20 minutes later following my mini op I was on my way home, who could ask for a better service and I've been a patient here for 40 years Plus, a great big thank you to all.
