The doctor rang within the time allocated and was very pleasant and understanding, explaining the reason for increasing medication.

I was seen at Raleigh Practice which is more convenient for me to get to. I did wait around 3 weeks for a face to face appointment but I did say to the Receptionist on requesting that I didn't think my case was urgent. I just wanted some reassurance which I received at the appointment.

1st time I have actually seen a doctor in many years. Reception was most efficient, the waiting area was spacious, clean and well organised. My appointment was timely and the doctor welcoming. His advice about my condition was well explained and I await, with interest, the result of my newly prescribed medication

I had a phone consultation with a doctor who listened carefully to me, asked questions and was very kind and professional. The doctor has now referred me for further investigation which is very reassuring. I have nothing but praise for the practice as a whole.

My daughter had a blood test. Nurse was lovely as always and very helpful in finding my daughters vaccination records.

I had blockage in both ears which was very difficult for me and annoying to my family, friends and persons I met. I do use a hearing aid in one ear, however after a visit to Raleigh Surgery and seen to by a very helpful lady who syringed both ears very speedily, I am able to hear very well and do not need the Hearing aid at all at present. Thank you very much and well done.

I was seen by a lovely nurse on time. She was very friendly and I didn’t feel a thing . Claremont Pines road is very convenient for me and others like me who live close by.
