Booking into the surgery is very efficient with the screen at reception. The appointment was effective and helpful, the member of staff was informative and professional, thank you.

  2. Review titled Excellent nursing experience

Rated 4 stars out of 5

On 23/4 at approximately 2:00pm I visited your Wadebridge practice to give a blood sample. I don't know the young nurses name but only wish to say what a lovely professional young lady she was, happy, she obviously enjoyed her work. Not a mark on my arm no bruising where blood was removed. People are ready to complain but not praise when its due, I thought it only proper to give positive feedback for this young nurse, well done.

  3. Review titled A chance to say well done

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Historically I've had a few reasons to call and question some of the service received from the practice however the care I have received from every single person (front desk through to doctors) with my recent illness that required hospitalisation has been nothing short of worldclass. I was able too stay in daily contact with the surgery and Dr's and when it was clear I wasn't getting better a swift and efficient referral was made for me to be hospitalised. This is the level of service I genuinely believe you strive to offer each and every time and I am so greatful to all of you for helping me at my time of need, you have all changed my opinion on the service and made me realise just how fantastic you all are. Thank you, thank you and thank you again. I shall not forget how well you have helped and treated me. I wish you all a merry Christmas and happy new year and can't commend you highly enough for your efforts in my care. Worldclass each and everyone of you.

I went in yesterday to see the nurse for a blood test . I didn't have to wait long and the nurse was so lovely and friendly putting me at ease . She carried on talking to me while doing the test ,she knew i wasn't keen on needles and was done before i knew it . I want to give 5 star but wasn't sure where to put it

Whilst on holiday I needed to contact a GP for a prescription for my baby. The receptionist and GP could not have been kinder or more helpful. I was very grateful for their help in a stressful situation.

  6. Review titled Appointment system needs a complete overhaul

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Having left a glowing review when attending an appointment for my husband. I tried to make an appointment for myself as I had received a letter informing me of care for the over 75’s. I wish I could leave another glowing review but sadly quite the opposite! Absolutely impossible and far from satisfactory. Considering the age group it makes even more unacceptable but even a younger, more techie savy person would still fail miserably. Just appalling and so very disappointing and extremely concerning.

  7. Review titled Very rude

Rated 1 star out of 5

I visited the practice a week ago, with hindsight, perhaps I should have rung first but it was not easy to get through by phone and the online forms were a bit beyond me. As the surgery was only 10 mins walk from where we were staying, we called in. One of the reception team was extremely rude and really upset me. I wasn't really given the chance to explain I wanted a simple dressing which takes approximately 5 mins but was necessary to ensure infection had not set in and avoid sepsis etc. A most unprofessional and uncompassionate way to behave.
