   I have contact the surgery and spoken with receptionist and explained that one of my patients carers have experienced difficulty in accessing Pfizer COVID vaccination. Receptionist went out of her way to advise upcoming vaccination program and how my patient can access. Really positive experience and a great reflection of the surgery.
