Woolton Hill & kintbury Surgeries are both very good practises. The staff are helpful and efficient,and try to do their best for each person. At times appointments are a little far off, but if the intended visit was an emergency one would be seen at once. I have no problem with attending the Surgery and find the doctors very thorough. The nurses also take great care to do their jobs with great care.

All through covid and beyond we have always been able to contact the surgery and speak to or see a doctor the same day. All over the news it's about people unable to see a doctor or access treatment and we feel truly blessed that our surgery is so amazing and they work so hard.

So caring and professional ,they make every effort to available and helpful. The doctors always call when they say they will and and appointments where appropriate are offered without hesitation.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at this surgery for numerous years. I am always above 95% satisfied with the level of care and service provided. Contact with reception and Dr appointments are fast (in comparison to what I hear about their contemporaries) and readily available. The practitioners and staff have great customer facing skills and understanding, plus the level of experience is exemplary. My health issues have been varied and complex (in my opinion), but I have never struggled to get appointments (either face to face or via phone), the repeat prescription service is hassle-free and the communication between myself and the surgery is always straight-forward and reliable. The staff are always pleasant, polite and understanding. They all seem to be prepared to offer the highest level of care/service and will also go above and beyond if needed. I truly appreciate the fact I have finally found myself in the highest level of care (this is my 5th GP surgery in my 45 years) and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Woolton Hill & Kintbury.
