The practice is getting worse tried to get an appointment but was told to try new ap which I could not use. I called again and was told by reception staff that I had to tell her why I wanted an appointment when I said I wanted to tell. Doctor not receptionist I was informed that I had to tell her reluctantly I told her and was informed that she would refer me to a pharmacist who would review my problem who would then in turn refer me to the doctor this is totally unacceptable I feel you should be able to see or even talk over the phone with the doctor not be referred to a pharmacist first I found the whole experience with the stern and abrupt receptionist very distressing

The reception staff are very friendly and so very helpful. They spend time listening and trying to sort things out, even when tech or something else has gone wrong and it's not their fault. It's a very friendly practice and they are great :)
