Many years ago I left a not too happy review on here. Today, I'm delighted to give the team a five start rating. I love all the new methods of access whilst still offering a phone service that is answered promptly. Today, the eConsultation was full early. But you guys took a call from me anyway at 9am and at 11:30am I was seen by a doctor. The receptionists took my call seriously, the doctor reviewed my request with understanding and I was in the surgery two and a half hours later. Within another two hours my symptoms were under control with the medicines I need much to my releif. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!
