    A 4 week wait for an appointment which was regarding a lump. 5 minutes late as could not park on any of the roads near the surgery and told doctor was seeing the next person had moved on with the clinic and that I would have to rebook. If doctor was seeing next patient earlier, surely I could have then gone in for their appointment as was only 5 minutes. Beware of the parking especially early morning.

    I'm really sorry you have had a bad experience when visiting our practice. We are aware that the parking is very difficult and we are doing everything we can to keep the parking clear for patients but we are in quite a restricted space. We would also like to investigate why you waited 4 weeks for an appointment regarding a lump. We introduced our Triage system which increases access to our clinicians, so I find this concerning and would like to look into it further. Would you please contact the Practice Manager via reception.woodbridge@nhs.net so it can be investigated fully.

    Felt like a nobody after a random phone call from the in-house pharmacist. She was reviewing my medication as a new patient. I have adhd and came off the phone feeling that she was borderline abusive. I always try to be polite and tolerant even when there's delays or errors made. It goes both ways you know. I have returned to my old Practice.

    In response to my email regarding an update on my online registration for myself and two children, I received an impolite reply via email on 6th Oct 2023 at 15:27 that made me feel unwelcome. I was told not to contact 'reception' and only visit the website instead.

    In this day and times, positive feedback is very much neglected & too much emphasis on negativity. My visit to my GP surgery on September 2022, was a very worrying time for myself, but i must say ! the professionalism from the reception staff, put my concerns at ease & seeing a happy face & greeted with courtesy, was truly nice. My face to face consultation meeting with my GP was exceptional & i was very grateful for her courtesy heartfelt kindness & professionalism, with also listening to me talking myself through my situation & my GP listening too my concerns, which i must say! was truly a blessing, as this really made me feel, that i was really being listened too & my GP's advise with going forward, would put me onto the right path too my recovery. Im at present on my medication & with a slow process for recovery, Im on the way for getting better & i cant 'Thank You' the Surgery & 'Thank You' the 'Buryfield Clinic' for a phenominal service 😄 & you all should be very 'Proud' as i am for your kind courtesy & professionalism with the exceptional service you provided to myself. Thank you ever so much for an overwhelming service !!!

    I have been feeling unwell for about a week so decided that I would phone the surgery at midday. I was told that I would get a call from the triage nurse after 1300 and got the call at 1420. After discussing a lot of detail she told me that I had an appointment at 1700. I was called in by the GP on time and after a thorough examination treatment was provided. Thank you very much Woodbridge Hill surgery

    Really confident, knowledgeable and friendly call handling staff who made dealing with a complex enquiry very easy, they took the time to understand exactly what was needed and were very thorough to check everything had been dealt with in full. Including making a referral to a member of the clinical team while I was on the line to check into something on the medical notes.

    Slight phone que however worth the wait as problems are always solved quickly and efficiently. Friendly staff answering the phones.

    So far, everything that I had to sort with the GP (tests, results, sick notes, etc) has been sorted promptly and professionally!
