I received an immediate response to my concerns over a recent knee operation, and was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the help and advice I was given. This included my doctor arranging for me to be seen the following morning by the orthopaedic team at The Royal Surrey for extensive tests to check for DVTs, infection and the knee operation itself.

Fast way to get advice with a Dr ringing back within 10min. So helpful and so quick. Very impressed.

After receiving my poor blood results My Dr was in touch with me quickly and he worked swiftly to get me seen at Guildford Hospital to get the treatment i need . Felt so good to be really listened to and also to have a GP work extra hard to get me the care I needed quickly . Really impressed A great medical practice too , helpful & kind nurses and secretarial staff going above and beyond .

When I attended the medical practice two weeks ago with an alarming condition the Doctor was so kind and calm even though obviously concerned for my well-being. Today I returned for follow up tests and it was good for continuity, to see the same doctor. He was again very kind and attentive, throughly checking how I had been treated at the Royal Surrey and in his follow up tests regarding the condition as well as my general health. This Doctor is a credit to his profession and Cranleigh Medical Practice.

My doctor - I want to name him but am not allowed - saw me within a couple of hours, expedited three investigations and my consultant’s appointment in days. And then phoned me two days’ later to check on me! Amazing service. Thank you.

My experience is that of a daughter who has power of attorney for my 87 year old Father. We moved Dad to Cranleigh from the South West in January 2024. The online process of registering Dad with the practice was very easy and I received a call from the doctor to confirm my Dad was registered. I have had cause to contact the practice on my Dads behalf fairly frequently since then and all the staff have been friendly and very helpful. I have recieved very quick responses to any questions/concerns. The ability to communicate via an online form is also excellent as you do not have to spend ages waiting on a phone call. A doctor called me on Friday to arrange a one off medication for my Dad ,and he went so far as to contact the local pharmacy to expedite it and investigate a possible delivery! When my Dad moved to Cranleigh he had been waiting over 4 months with the previous local health health trust for a memory clinic assessment appointment . I mentioned this to the doctor when Dad had his first introductory appointment. She said she would endeavour to hurry the appointment along. A week later,my Dad was visited at home and had the assessment by a Community Mental Health nurse! The practice also visits twice weekly to the retirement village my Dad lives in. As Dad has been advised he can drive no longer, this is a fantastic service. Thankyou for making my life as a daughter acting on behalf of her Father, so much easier!

My elderly in-laws have been registered with the practice for over 3 years since they moved to the area. From day one the practice has been helpful and both pro-active and reactive then need be. From reception, nurses and doctors they have been fantastic and consistent. They listen and are respectful and helpful when speaking with me on behalf of my in-laws (with their consent) ensuring we are all on the same level of understanding. My mother in law would probably not be here today if it was not for this surgery with diagnosis missed by another surgery. The care and follow ups are first class. Thank you for all you do Cranleigh Medical Practice.

I recently registered at the Cranleigh Medical Practice for concerning symptoms after incredibly poor care at a surgery in a local village just over the W Sussex border. I cannot fault the surgery in any way - communication is efficient and caring, and the 2 week referral has also been incredibly efficient. I am also impressed with the organisation in the medical centre itself - clear, spacious and friendly. I feel so lucky to have registered here. Thank you to your amazing team!
