    No GP available, stand in only. Had Xray that was never discussed. Was fobbed off with vitamins whilst condition continues. No questions asked, not one question about my symptoms, no investigation of symptoms except a blood test and pressure test. High blood pressure and no medication offered. After a few visits I'm none the wiser, might as well just go to hospital like the government wants 🙄

    Every interaction I have with the surgery is a positive one. They are simply so efficient and friendly. I would not register elsewhere. I cannot recommend highly enough.

    This surgery is superb. The online system is brilliant, and I have always got a timely response- usually incredibly quickly. Everyone I speak to is helpful and all doctors I've had contact with are kind, understanding and go out of their way to help. With all the awful stories being shared around wait times and lack of prescribing, I count myself very fortunate to be with this surgery, who I cannot fault in any way. Thank you!

    I've been with Holmhurst for a long time and it has really improved. The online services I find much more efficenct than sitting in a phone queue! One particular area I find fantastic is the secretary/administration/clerical. That team have helped me so much and my husband and probably do not get the recognition they deserve as so far away from the patient line. I hope they know how integral they are. Some of the receptionists have been a little rude but no doubt understandable, I understand they are front line so will get some unpleasant behaviour so that area is a little hit and miss. Maybe that's something management need to look at in the future. Otherwise really really good practice.

    I joined the practice about 18 months ago and have to say that my experience has been really positive. The online request platform is easy to use, the practice is super responsive, and their staff have always been helpful and kind. I'd read some negative reviews, but can confidently say that for both me and my daughter, the surgery has been prompt in dealing with our medical requests/concerns. My daughter was rushed in the same day to have a lump checked; the doctor in question was reassuring and thorough. I've recently had blood tests to investigate menopause - I am 37 and every doctor/nurse I have dealt with throughout this process has been kind, helpful, and informative. The reception staff too, who must be really up against it at times, have always been friendly and helpful. I think it's really easy to leave a negative review after a less than great experience, but genuinely feel that the staff here are a credit to the practice, so thank you!

    My son had an ear infection. He contacted the GP via the website in the morning. He was called and given a face to face for 3pm and was home with antibiotics within the hour. Fantastic service well done!

    Always quick to give us an appointment if we need one. Brilliant with our baby and caring and understanding. Fantastic midwife during my pregnancy and brilliant support since. Even the nurse who does our babies jabs somehow makes it seem like an enjoyable experience, she’s so lovely. Always explain the process of things and answer any questions we have as parents. Thank you.
