Extremely disappointed with the service. Despite calling every morning from 8:30 onwards for several weeks, I have yet to secure an appointment. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.

My husband & I queued at 8.30 for a same day appointment - which we obtained. The Doctors at Court View are so kind and hard working And very thorough. We have had excellent care and attention for over 30 years and have never had cause to complain. We are only leaving because leaving the district and sadly have to say a fond farewell to all the office staff & clinical staff & Doctors. Thank you.

Court View Surgery provides timely care and treatment that continues to meet my healthcare needs as well as that of my immediate family I am always able to speak with or see a healthcare professional who is best placed to meet my needs I recently required a change in dosage of one of my medicines as well as some time off work This has led to blood tests and reviews being necessary - all of which have been provided by the practice All staff are always helpful and professional A busy practice that is delivering an excellent service Thanks

I saw the most wonderful nurse today for my smear test. She was so informative, talked me through the whole process. Probably the most positive GP experience I have ever had. The receptionist who booked my appointment was also helpful and efficient.

Took my daughter to have her height and weight checked and the nurse was so good with her. she came out one very happy happy child and said she likes that lady thankyou for making her day and giving her a unicorn pencil and ruler and little note pad! she is over the moon so thankyou so much for going above and beyond

19.12.22 - hold on the line 1h8min. Hang up. Call back for another 30min answered. Took no actions. 20.12.22 - hold oj the line 57min. Hung up. Calling back again. Wasting of people time to call them. Back in summer doctor said she will call me back. 5months later still no call recieved.

My Doctor is superb, however wait times every time I call the practice can be 30mins to in excess of an hour then a sudden cut off. Every single time. I'm living with multiple issues because I can't even get through to a receptionist. I'm not even calling early, this is mid-morning, there is likely no queue. There is no excuse for this, even low staff. If I were able to book online then I would, however you can't you have to contact the practice via phone or in person. You can't book appointments on Doctor Link or other online services, and if I want to email the practice I'm advised to call instead. What am I supposed to do?!!

Takes forever to answer the phone, and then hangs up on you. I'd been holding for 20+ minutes and there was an issue there end with the phone. Mine had been working before and after the call

My currently allocated gp is excellent. After my last consultation, s/he recommended that i see a practice-provided counsellor. i researched the chronic viral illness that i currently live with and found that the type of counselling offered by this clinician is not recommended/effective for the illness i live with. i have already had two lengthy treatments for my chronic low mood, and it was/has not, overall, improved. i attempted to contact this clinician to cancel the appointment but could not get through. the phone answering time was reported to be 60 minutes and i cannot afford to pay for this. i drove to Court View Surgery, waited to speak to the person on reception, explained that i wished to cancel and could not contact either the surgery or britton House where the counsellor was based. The receptionist told me that "we haven't had many calls today, and we've answered them all". i asked if s/he could let the counsellor know that i wouldn't be attending. S/he said "That's not my job". i was very upset by her (to me) rude reply and left the practice in tears. The counsellor apt was for 90 minutes. if i'm not going to attend, i consider it good manners to let them know. i was unable to do so and was met by a rude dismissive attitude. in the twenty+ years that I have been a patient at Court View Surgery i have never been treated in such an off-hand, unpleasant manner. This person did not make any attempt to smile, was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. i shan't bother returning.

I have always had the best treatment here for many years only had to wait 2 weeks for scans GP's always polite and friendly and the nurses and staff are excellent .thank you everyone at Courtview Surgery .
