    After 112 redials to get into the queue - a receptionist decided whether I should be seen face to face or ‘triaged’ over the phone by a Dr. It is not acceptable that a receptionist makes this decision nor that I have to share with the receptionist the issue I am not aware experiencing. Unless something has changed I do not believe that receptionists are medically trained to make this assessment. It is also not acceptable that face to face consultations are still not available. With the exception of maybe a few who could be classed as time wasters people do not take the decision to see a medical practitioner lightly. A totally unacceptable way of managing a GP surgery.

    I have left 2 calls for a follow up appointment of which I never had a return call, when I try to book appointment online I am directed to Leysdown surgery and not St Georges which is 300 meters from my home
