I called the practice at 8:00am and tried to book a telephone appointment today as I have some issues with my HRT . However was told by the receptionist that all the telephone appointments had gone, but they only opened at 8:00am! I was told the next appointment was the 30th April! I queried why there were no appointments, as previously have mostly always got at least telephone appointment for the same day. All I got from the receptionist was "sorry about that madam" I have been with this surgery for years and I am extremely disappointed with lack of support and service I received today and having to wait till the 30th April is not acceptable.

This clinic (gp ) never has valid appointments the boy has a fever, he coughs, he doesn't feel well, I didn't get an appointment either that day or the other day, because they said they weren't available, but what do the doctors do? slip??

Phoned for repeat prescription to be sent to pharmacy in an emergency. But receptionist wasn't very helpful saying she can't promise that I will receive my medication.

This GP practice I believe it’s the worst in UK! You never get to see a doctor and when you are desperate for a doctor because your 5 months old baby is unwell they tell you, “they don’t have a doctor” and when you say you are desperate, they will tell “you go to the hospital”. This is beyond joke, today we went to the hospital and waited 5hours and we came back home without seeing a doctor. Why should we take the 5 months old baby to A&E and and wait there for 5hours when it’s not Emergency, we just need to see the doctor for consultation! I am reading many Poor Reviews here about this GP. These poor reviews need to be checked by NHS/Authorities and the their license needs to be revoked! They should not operate as a GP and serve the public. They absolutely ridiculous!!!
