    I am on a Diazepam reduction programme in which there was a mutual agreement that I collect the prescription every Tuesday. I stuck to this apart from 3 weeks ago when I had a severe tummy bug and couldn't collect until the Friday. I explained and the reception staff and prescription lady were very understanding that these things can't be helped. I have now received a telephone message from my doctor to say I'm not sticking to the programme. Was I supposed to turn up at the surgery with stomach upset and vomiting as I'm sure that wouldn't have gone down too well. The doctor in question didn't even call me himself so I could have explained to him. He just got one of the ladies to do it. I didn't go 3 days late on purpose. This has made me very disappointed as apart from this incident the reception staff, prescription staff and nurses are all lovely

    Jenner House has been my surgery for most of my life, the staff are lovely, the practice is clean but the rIdiculous system that you cannot book an appointment until the day! Beyond bonkers in this day and age. Most of your clients work and cannot just drop everything at a moments notice! Your receptionist kindly directly me to your online booking system, brilliant I thought, something from this century but you cannot book for something normal, weird as things like rabies are an option, we have a big problem with that in the England but wanting to get a skin mole looked at which let’s be honest, is beyond common is not an option. Was the system created for another country and we’ve just used it? I am a past stage 3 cancer patient and I cannot book an appt in advance. Seriously you need to rethink how you operate to accommodate more than just the unemployed and retired, please look into a system to accommodate the people who actually fund the practice, I cannot tell you how upset this has made me but rather than going immediately to my massive social media following, I thought I would submit this, not as a complaint but as feedback as you obviously need feedback to improve and this definitely needs rectifying immediately. Thank you.
