I’ve had a stomachache for few days and any day at any time that I called to the Gp a very rude receptionist said our appointment list is full, call tomorrow! I’m still suffering from stomachache after a week and couldn’t see a Dr yet.

I attended for minor surgery lasting about 30 minutes. I was seen promptly, the procedure was explained clearly, and went well. They checked in on me throughout the process and explained aftercare. I felt cared for and in the hands of professionals. Thank you!

  5. Review titled Exceptional support

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Me and my husband have been patients in this surgery over 25 years. Throughout these years we received an exceptional support and help with our various medical issues. My husband, who died in March this year, had Parkinson's disease for over 22 years during which he required an intensive support in managing his disease from the GP surgery. That support was always there and the staff (the reception, nurses and GPs) went out of their way to make sure that we get all possible help we needed. Their dedication to the profession and care for their patients has been exceptional. I want to thank them for their support throughout our most challenging moments.

  6. Review titled Unprofessional

I called the practice to ask a question but the receptionist could not help and the manager refused to speak to me. I email a complaint and received a reply which basically said " Thank you for the points raised, and I wish to say I appreciate your frustration: no doubt you were acting out of concern for your brother. The practice manager was unable to take your call as she was busy elsewhere. With a list size of 10000 patients, it is near-impossible for them to interact with individual patients as expeditiously as they may wish, which is why an email was suggested. " This is surgery is not able to cope and "can not interact" with every individual on its 10000 list because it's "near-impossible" They can not spare a minute to just listen and of course, they use confidentiality as an excuse to get rid of listening to family members' concerns. The core essence of understanding and caring is listening but they can not even do that!
