    I received good treatment and follow up by GP and GP nurse after my minor surgery. Both of them are heartwarming and taking good care of me. They are really good responsible for their duty and take care of patient. Moreover, the receptionists are very nice to make appointments for me every time. Really appreciated all of them.

    You can’t get hold of a appointment,They never answer their phones You can’t get any worse GP then this. If I had an option not to pay any taxes towards NHS I will opted out. I barely use the system when I do I can’t do even a blood test.

    Dear Anonymous Patient, I am sorry to receive your complaint stating that you are unable to get an appointment and unable to book for a blood test at your GP. The patients of The Stonebridge Practice can contact the practice by telephone, face-face at reception and online 24/7. The Stonebridge Practice offers blood test appointments 6 days of the week AM and PM including Saturdays for which we have availability daily; our patients are not experiencing any delays in this service. The Stonebridge Practice is located in the Hillside Medical Centre, Stonebridge area and patients often unfortunately confuse our practice with many other services/GPs located in the same building. If you are able to provide us with more specific details we would be very happy to assist you in identifying the correct service linked to your complaint. Regards
