I rarely go to the doctors and as they have a system where you can phone at 8.15am exactly to get one. I did this and started calling slightly before to make sure I was calling at 8.15am. Despite this 11 people were in front of me and again no appointments available today. I was told to send and picture and a doctor may ‘see me if they want to’.

Trying to see her has become a nightmare. Over 3 weeks I have been trying to book an appointment, telephone I hasten to add. I set my alarm to get on line as quick as I can, everything within minutes they are all gone. When I have called, can't make an appointment even though I desperately need one. Call up at 8:15 (3 days later) you make get an appointment!!! It's crazy, why can't you just call and make an appointment, it's not that difficult surely, that's what we used to do, whether it was urgent or an appointment for the following week. We could phone and book an appointment. Its rubbish that "understaffed " is an excuse. Please please go back to how it was. I totally think that this procedure has to end. Get back to helping people instead of leaving them distressed, possibly letting their symptoms get worse, and literally making your patience get distraught because they can't get to see a Doctor!! Let alone talk to one. I know this is a problem within other surgeries, I get that. But not every surgery. There are many that do it the old way, like it used to be. You dont have to continue the status you took when covid was around. Which was acceptable, but why is it so difficult with your surgery?
