Welcoming reception team, great appt availability for what I thought at the time was an emergency, and excellent clinical care. Everyone encountered- receptionist and General Practice Registrar, was kind, tolerant and efficient. Thank you.

It seems like there are just support worker/ Nurses/ advanced practioners running this surgery. No Doctors. You ring up and very lucky if anybody answers thè phone. You have to listen to the boring message about covid! No doctors appointments but when u turn up to see nurse there is nobody else in the waiting room. I got mixed up with time of appoinment recently. I thought my appointment was 1230 but it was 12 20. I have a black mark now as classed às did not attend! I did attend but 10minutes late. I had a text saying can you cancel ur appointment next time as it can be offered to another patient! The most important thing here thouĝh is there are no doctors visble at this surgery.

I visited to make an appointment for a non serious matter. Was told "we don't have pre-bookables", then the receptionist stated "we are looking at April" which I said was fine. I was then asked if I'd tried the pharmacy, which I hadn't and is a good idea for the condition I have. The receptionist also asked if I would be ok going to an out of hours hub - again I am ok with this, an appointment was made and I thanked the receptionist for her help. But I did find the whole experience intimidating sensed a lack of empathy from the receptionist and felt like I was an inconvenience. I only ever visit the surgery as a last resort. I am a "jellyfish" (a weak-willed spineless & gutless person) and am genuinely afraid of what kind of reception I will encounter when going there, so avoid visiting the surgery if at all possible. Also it is virtually impossible to get through on the phone.

Had a phone call the morning of my appointment to tell me the nurse was off sick and therefore my appointment was rearranged for following week. Disappointed to later recieve text message stating I had failed to turn up for my appointment with a copy of a Did Not Attend letter attached. Please remove this letter from my file. I as do not want it on my record as a non attender, when my appointment was cancelled by yourself.

My mum has had some difficult health issues recently and the staff at this surgery have been very kind, supportive and caring. We would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff involved in my mums care during this difficult and stressful time. We very much appreciate the service you offer.
