I recently needed to visit my GP to discuss work related anxiety. I don’t usually have problems with my mental health but because of problems at work I desperately needed to speak with someone. This was the first visit I’d made to this GP. I walked into the consultation feeling really ill from anxiety but left feeling so much better and reassured that I had some honest amd genuine support. The GP listened, empathised, and advised. I’m sure he went over our time limit which was beyond his duty of care. He was so kind, understanding and caring in his mannerism that I can assure any patient visiting this gentleman would have confidence in him.

Last year was put into special measures as received a CQC rating of inadequate. Now being ran by another firm. Nothing has changed. You simply cannot get an appointment booked at all. They want you to ring on the day to get an appointment at 8am. Do they not realise that people have full time jobs and cannot simply ring at 8am? I have been without medication for over a year at this point, as it's simply easier than trying to find time to ring at 8am, as when you do finally get through (my record so far is over an hour on hold) you get told there are no appointments left. You can ring at any time during the day, you might get through, but you are told that they have no appointments and to ring at 8am. Rinse and repeat. How can they still be accepting new patients when they can't even offer appointments for their existing ones?!?!?! Dangerous GP surgery, avoid

Rang last week was told to ring back today . Got threw dead on 8 am was first thought o brilliant still rirst at 8 30 . Yet they told me I need to ring dead on 8am I do and still no luck

Rang at 8 second in the queue and remain second in the queue 35 minutes later . Yet they have plenty of staff at reception , How's it possible to be second in a phone queue for this long

Absultuly awful rang to be told there's no one available at my gp surgery parker drive..... yet its a doctors how do you have no medical professionals to see patients

Cannot get an appointment at all! If you are lucky and do get an appointment it won’t be at Parker drive it will be at the other practice manor medical. They lose important information about your medical history wether it be bloods or the fact you don’t even get certain things reviewed threw them and are under the hospital. Clueless and infuriating. Save your time and apply else where..

Parker drive has only one gp at there practice . This clearly isn't good enough , they need more GPS else your having to travel to manor medical which isn't fair on anyone especially those who don't drive , and for certain situations they don't have staff trained for different clinics which means it's another trip to a different gp . Parker drive need more GPS at there practice

Went to see a gp about mental health .... the response I got well what do you expect me to go . Trying to get threw this morning 1st in que and still no answer

Rang at 8 was number one in que thought oh brilliant hour and 10 minutes later still on the phone at que position number one ! Appalling for a gp surgery

Very caring. Understands the emergency and gives appointment accordingly. Reception, Doctors and Pharmacist all are dedicated to their patients.
