  1. Review titled Rude receptionist and

Rated 1 star out of 5

Probably the worst surgery in the uk. The reception/admin staff are outright rude and slam the phone down after waiting to speak to them for 25 minutes. They always get my family’s prescription wrong or miss items off and even give things I have not ordered. While I was complaining about their problems and happening to often, the receptionist decided to slam the phone down because apparently I raised my voice. They don’t even deserve 1 star

  2. Review titled Health issues have improved

In the last 6 months I’ve had great experience with a lady Doctor regarding my Menopause medication. She’s listened to my worries and we address them together. She also follows up with a phone call to check in. It might be difficult to get through on the phone but the receptionist's are always polite and professional. If you can’t get through on the phone just pop into the surgery as it’s a quick and pleasant experience.

  4. Review titled Fantastic Receptionist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Tracey - Posted on 04 September 2023

I telephoned today 4th September as I had a query about medication and also required an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to went above and beyond her duty to sort out my medication and appointment, phoning me back at 19.30 pm. She was so kind and helpful.

  5. Review titled Lazy, Unprofessional Admin

Rated 1 star out of 5

Booked an immunisation in for my baby, however my child had a high temperature so wanted to cancel the appointment. Tried calling 3 days in advance and tried every single day at different times however there was no answer, I ended up missing the appointment. Tried to ring again to re-arrange however still no answer. Recieved a letter in the post to call surgery to rearrange but again no answer. Went up to the surgery and waited around at the empty desk waiting to be seen... the admin staff saw me but didn't respond they were too busy chatting among themselves and the phones were going off but they were laughing away... I walked away in rage and immediately changed my GP surgery. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and lazy admin staff

  6. Review titled Avoid!!@@

Please don't bother with this gp. The worst service I've received since being a patient here ever since it's opened. Impossible getting through to them be on the line for 45 minutes then the line cuts so your having to call again and be back of the que. They always say they are busy but when I go directly to the practise there is hardly any patients there and the employees are to busy chatting away or on their phones. Should check their cameras as this is not made up and should monitor the calls and hear how rude they are.i want to register for online booking however its requesting details which I need to contact the practise which is impossible.

  8. Review titled Extra mile

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Charlotte - Posted on 11 August 2022

We called for my 2year old at 4pm on the off chance we could speak to someone as we were concerned. A doctor called back at 6:15pm and after a quick chat invited us in to the surgery. She stayed after closing hours to see us which was hugely appreciated. After a long time of all GP practices being under such pressure it was refreshing to be seen so quickly and the doctor really went the extra mile for us.

  9. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My experience at the surgery today was nothing short of fabulous. The receptionists and Doctor worked together and managed to give me the treatment I needed at very short notice. For that I am very grateful. It was lovely to meet two receptionists with such ‘can do’ attitudes. Many thanks .

  10. Review titled Impossible to get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

The GPs at this surgery are good but that’s if you are able to get an appointment! You are consistently told to call back when the appointments slots are available and after 15mins of pressing redial to get it to to ring, rather than being engaged, you then have to wait again till a receptionist answers to tell you all appointments have gone. No advise on what to do if you need an urgent appointment. I’ve cried numerous times after getting in contact with this GP surgery
