Phoned up about a concern medically ,Doctor phoned me back within 2hours ,asked if I could a photo of my wound but said I’m hopeless at technology ,Dr said “no problem can you come in for 4,very friendly and aren’t prescription to Well ManPharmacy attached ,picked up medication and off I went ,very good parking ,I have used this Gp Practice since 2010 ,and also use other clinical facilities,Receptionists are friendly and in the last 4weeks had consultations with 4other practice Doctors,Ractice near to Hospital and on a bus route ,Highly recommend this practice.

Due to leaving the area, we are obliged to leave the practice where we have been patients for over 10 years. At all times we have been treated with dignity and respect by a friendly face and not forgetting first class clinical and nursing care. We would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I have used the surgery recently and had such as positive experience. The receptionists are always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Likewise the GP's are all very helpful and listen to your concerns/problems. I am very impressed with the excellent service provided by Kingswood Surgery and everyone goes above and beyond to help. I would recommend Kingswood Surgery to anyone.

I visited the surgery for my normal B12 injection but at the time I was ferling quiet poorly. I asked the receptionist if I could see a doctor. She was very nice and said as I was in the surgery she would see what she could do. I saw the nurse for my injection but got upset because I was unwell. She was compassionate and very kind. She got in touch with the doctor who said she would see me. I only had to wait a short while and although the doctor had squeezed me in she listened very pactionatley and decided on a course of treatment. I left the practice feeling so much better which was down to how all 3 members if staff had treated me. Thank You
