I have been with this GP since 2021 and I have never had a good experience with the quality of service. They always insist to have you call a number to book an appointment and you can never get through. I've needed an urgent medication review form months now and walked in today since I couldn't get through on phone but the receptionist exhibited a total lack of empathy and I had to leave more upset than I came in. I already applied to move my GP somewhere else.

Receptionist staff lack compassion. No advice or support and wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Wouldn’t let me book and appointment or speak to gp/nurse practitioner after asking for advice from them.

On my postnatal check, the GP asked about my mood and then only asked about my baby. I had physical health issues due to the birth but was unable to speak of them. When I tried to talk about my issues, the GP appeared uncomfortable, so I was also uncomfortable.

It is nice to have such compident staff looking after my mother's issues, after taking two urine samples in for them to test they require another sample in a different top bottle.The staff are always helpful explaining where the cheepest incontinence pants are available from, when new medication caused bladder weaknesses in a person with dementia and poor mobility thanks erimus staff.

Very helpful when I came in to the practice, they where very friendly and calming even though they do get very busy they took the time to help me

They are not active in service delivery. Whenever I visit is either we are short of staff come back next week or no one will even speak to you. When I call the number provided online its has not rang one day and I don't know why. Before putting this up I just finished dialing that number and still same issues. Every other practice scheduled a time for their patients to come for their flu vaccine but mine has never contacted me for anything except the day I was registered.
