How you'll receive your blood test kit

You do not need to be at home to receive your kit. It will fit through your letterbox and does not require a signature on delivery.

The kit is in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Keep the box your test arrives in – you will need this to return your sample.

You can recycle the other parts of the kit after completing your blood test.

If you have not received your kit within 10 working days, contact the NHS App and account team.

Include the address where your kit is being sent in your message.
