You cannot manage any further appointments for an existing referral. You will need to do this directly with the specialist you're being referred to.

Hospital appointments

You can only book hospital appointments in the NHS App if you have been referred through the NHS e-Referral Service.

You may have other hospital referrals not shown in the NHS App. You can contact your GP surgery or healthcare provider for further details.

If you have access to your personal health record in the app, you may be able to view your hospital and other healthcare appointments.
