To view your allergies and adverse reactions:
- Select Health conditions.
- Select Allergies and adverse reactions.
Depending on your GP surgery and the system they use, you might not have access to Health conditions. In this case, you can select Allergies and adverse reactions from the home screen.
Incorrect or missing information
If any information in your allergies and adverse reactions record is incorrect or missing, contact your GP surgery.
