Cautions with other medicines
Some medicines do not mix well with sildenafil.
Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you're taking any of these medicines before you start sildenafil:
- nitrates for chest pain (angina)
- riociguat for pulmonary hypertension
Mixing sildenafil with herbal remedies or supplements
It's not possible to say that herbal remedies and supplements are safe to take with sildenafil. They're not tested in the same way as pharmacy and prescription medicines.
