Patient Satisfaction Survey
As part of our NHS contract we have to undertake a Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire (CPPQ) which a requirement for all pharmacies and for it to be displayed to allow patients to assess pharmacies. It also allows us to assess where our strengths and weaknesses are allowing us to constantly aim to improve our service to our patients. Throughout the year our patients feedback is valuable to us and we hope as we improve assists our patients as well.
We have attatched our report for 2017-18 which is complimentary but we will continue to work hard to maintain the standards we have set.
